culture shock....oh yeah!
ok, aussy is so completely different from wht i expected it to be. let me first say i wasnt expecting much ok. the only thing i expected is for aussy's to be friendly and to hv tons of aussy friends. well, so much for tht hope. my first few days here at university college totally sucked. uni col is where i live, i know its called a college but actually its a hostel....crazy australians! so, we were divided into groups and i am the only asian in my group. it sucked!! none of the aussy's made an effort to talk to me or even to get to know where im from. i was starting all the conversation and after talking to me for 2 minutes they'd turn back to their cliques. so yeah, i was and am still pretty much alone. i cried so many times to mum and told her i wanted to come home. it was bad that she felt so guilty and felt extremely upset. she said i should gv it abt a yr and decide. well wht she says makes so much sense. i mean, i hv just got here, things arent gonna be a bed of roses for me being an international student and all. anyways, then i talked to prakash and saha, i tell you they both lifted my spirits with their encouraging words. best advice ever, " everytime you're feeling down just think of your goal. wht are you here to accomplish?" that just boosted my self confidence. i mean, i've worked my blooming ass off to get here. i'm not gonna let some stupid aussy's make me pack my bags and go home. sure i could do vet sc at upm but as saha said "do you want quality or environment?". well the lil me is saying well, quality is important but environment is equally important. wht's the point in studying in a place where you don't feel comfortable and not welcomed...anyways having all said and done i'm gonna get through this. i'm not coming back without my bvsc degree. it's been my dream since i was a lil girl and i've actually got a chance to make it come true. HELL YEAH I'M TAKING THE OPPRTUNITY AND STAYING ON!! anyways guys, just to let ya know, aussy isn't tht great a country. it's beautiful yes but it's never gonna be like home. there are plus points here like the freedom of speech and ppl dun gv 2 hoots abt wht you do or wear but malaysia seriously rocks!! it sure does hv it's up and downs but ppl are more hospitable there and the food rocks too!! i'm gonna end this post by saying MALAYSIA BOLEH!!

listen...
They would never like us. there are several reason to support this. One is because we are generally superior than whites when it comes to educational basis.Nextly, we are more cultured person than they themselves.Hence its quite difficult with them ....The only way is to outshine those buggers in academic. then definately they will search for us as their mindset sets up a substandard distinction
When you actually prove that you're worthy, they CAN T livE without you !!!
